职位描述

1. Create and oversee production documentation: technical drawings, Bill of Material, Cutting List, AI and Routing Tickets. And ensure technical specifications contain detailed guidance such as raw material selection, acceptable workmanship, joinery, finishing and hardware solution.
2. Proactively follow up and feedback to customer on sample status to ensure samples are developed in timely manner and

3. Ensure that construction follows Neptune Design & Manufacturing Principles and meet minimum testing protocols.
4. Participate in NPD sample reviews and try to anticipate customer concerns as well as ensure that review is well documented.
5. Participate in product audits and call out opportunities for improving design, manufacturing efficiency and cost.
6. Troubleshoot design and/or manufacturing problems as they arise as well as other issues related to product development.
