职位描述

Responsible for the implementation of company sourcing plans and policies.

负责执行公司的采购计划和政策。

Typically be involved with larger and/or more complex sourcing and suppliers that have higher impact on the organization's products, processes and budget.

通常会涉及更大的和/或更复杂的采购和供应商，会对组织的产品、流程和预算造成更大的影响。

Responsible for technical procurement, especially for capital equipment, direct materials relating to production.

负责技术采购，特别是关键设备、重要生产物料的采购；

to develop new qualified sources of supply, negotiate with/award contracts within specified spending limits.

开发新的合格的供应商,在授权范围内谈判合同。

Call for tender and quotes, evaluate vendors' capability, quality, reliability and price competitiveness.

招投标和报价，评估供货商的能力、质量、可靠性和价格。

Assure that productive process follows the quality programs. Also responsible for identifying alternative suppliers in order to guarantee that the productive process will not stop due to lack of raw material.

确保生产流程符合质量标准。负责识别替代的供应商，确保不因原材料短缺中断生产。
