SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct export staff and plan for export assignments, related interaction and negotiation.
2. Develop and manage the implementation of all export policies and procedures with conformity to stipulations of regulatory setups.
3. Conducting Asia Pacific market analysis, supporting Asia Pacific showroom and launch plan.
3. Keep close relationship with overseas distributors: quotation, order processing and complaint etc.
4. Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints.
5. Coordinating with internal departments: purchasing, production, quality and logistic.
6. Oversee, review and manage all export records and reports.
7 Develop and manage department budget.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. University graduated or above majoring in marketing or business administration preferred;
2. At least 5 years sales experience in cabinetry relevant field
3. Export experience will be a plus;
4. Planning and analytical skills are required;
5. Strong communication and problem solving skill;
