Responsibility
1. To perform quality customer services by handling incoming customers’ general inquiries in a tactful and courteous manner.
2. To effectively and efficiently co-ordinate with related manufacturing plants, sales offices and other departments and distributors to ensure everything is in compliance with the committed production, delivery and shipment schedule.
3. To generate the subsequent manufacturing orders for the related manufacturing plants to ensure a correct, efficient and speedy information flow process.
4. To provide the order acknowledgement to Kohler distributors upon receiving the confirmation from the related manufacturing plants.
5. To work closely with distributors on the shipments schedule, payment chase, to ensure a high level of quality customer services.
Education and Experience Requirement
1. College graduate or above with minimum two years customer service experience.
2. Basic understanding of English, well computer literate MS-Office & KT is required.
