Responsibility
1. Lead and improve the equipment and preventive maintenance group KPI and equipment availability.
2. Provide guide line and direction for Maintenance and improvement project, synergia production.
3. Work with safety, quality, reduction of cost, delivery and related parties to drive for equipment/Tools/Spare parts/project related setup failure improvement.
4. Review/ generate and update the equipment and Tools related specification and training material.
5. Provide leadership and serve as a role model within the equipment engineering group.
6. Lead cost reduction project on equipment related expenses and dissipation.
Education and Experience Requirement
1. Bachelor and above degree, majoring in mechanism or electric.
2. 8 years and above relative working experience in maintenance and project equipment management, with 5 years department management experience; Kitchen and wooden industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with national regulations and laws related to environmental safety and health. Proficiency in both written and oral English; Good command of organization, coordination and communication skills. Team working spirit, Excellent management skill, Be good at motivation.
