-Bachelor or above degree, major in Marketing/Sales/Furniture.
-At least 2 years experience on furniture sales or customer service.
-Have excellent communication/negotiation skills(Verbal&Written in English/Mandarin/Cantonese),strong sales/presentation skills,troubleshooting, problem solving skills.
-Able to work across different culture.

Job responsibilities:
-Maintain good relationship with key customers and develop new customers to maximize new business development opportunities.
-Drive& execute projects with dfficiency to meet customers expectations.
-Understand & satisfy the customers needs to develop long-term trusted relationships.
-Handle any enquiries and complaints from clients and resolve issues.
-Understand management expectations, submit & present performance reports in a timely manner.
