Scope:Provide global logistic services to internal and external customers on multiple product categories Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive global logistic arrangement together with a small team in Hong Kong and PRC Manage and coach the logistic team Maintain an efficient and cost effective operation with proactive and timely communication, internally and with customers Coordinate with forwarding agents on Import / Export shipments Maintain accurate and updated stock and goods movement records Supervise and maintain the warehouse in good and orderly condition Maintain and strengthen knowledge know-hows, best practice and legislation in Import / Export requirements for different product categories Qualification: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar fields and with strong network in the logistic field Familiar with customs and compliance regulations (such as REACH, RoHS, CARB, etc.) for various product categories (such as furniture, POS materials, watches and accessories, etc.) Accustom with Import / Export formalities in China Good knowledge in Tradelink Declaration and ERP (Flex system) High level of written and spoken communication in English and Putonghua
