1.Position description (main duties)
Project Manager in Hotel interior turnkey project (FF&E, fit out, OSE), to manage sampling, sourcing, negotiation, quality control, delivery and installation at site for all kinds of hotel interior items. Include but not limit to hotel furniture, lighting, sanitary item, wall/ceiling/flooring decoration, and small equipment in the hotel.
2.Requirement
2.1. Education:
Bachelor or above, familiar with Furniture & decorative product Technology and Production Automatically
2.2. Technical:
- Sound Knowledge of Project Management, sourcing, product developing and negotiation.
- Sound Knowledge of International product quality standard.
- Familiar with autoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max software.
- Familiar with all kinds of office software (word, excel, MS. Project, Visio, PPT. etc.)
2.3. Experience
5+ years’ project management for production, delivery and installation.
7+ years’ experience for all relative positions that in the field of product technology management.
2.4. Competency and skills
- Strong communication skill and logical thinking
- Efficient work under high pressure and pursue excellence;
- Fluent in English esp. in Tech specified English;
- Good expression and understanding skill;
- Responsible for work
- Good leader ship, encourage employee well.
