职位描述

职位Position：成本会计 Cost Accountant

· 职能Primary Function：

· Assist controller in costing structure definition during budget process, support controller oversee and update standard rate and overhead burden for quotation quarterly in line with the business performance

· Develope and maintain cost policies and procedures with controller

· Fulfill the standard purchase price for raw material by working with related department

· Partner with all functions, especially manufacturing to provide information and guidance on profitability, calculate & analyze the product cost of sales and variance between actual and standard

· Involve in project margin review periodically to support company improve the profitability by review direct labor, material and overhead costs for all jobs manufactured in the shops, including cost of quality with related department

· Perform weekly Work In Process audits on shop floor, prepare and analyze weekly and monthly WIP reports, and costs review to ensure data is allocated correctly

· Ensure the accruals on cost to completion, value adjustment and provision accurately and timely reported

· Work with GL to ensure the expenses accruals timely booked in system

· Prepare and analyze overhead per cost centre against budget level

· Prepare management reporting specific to cost analysis

· Supporting month-end closing, financial reporting, project cost accounting and information requests from Corporate

· Identify ways to improve financial performance and reporting process

· 要求：

· Diploma or above degree in accounting and finance subject

· At least 4 years of solid working experiences in accounting and 2 years costing control field

· Good understanding of accounting policies in PRC and Europe

· Excellent writing and reading communication skills both in English and Mandarin Chinese.

· Self motivated, discipline, high integrity with management

· Strong sense of responsibility, quick learner and be able to work under pressure

· Highly effective computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Vantage)

· Exposure to wood and metal operations would be an asset
