职位描述

Responsibilities:
- Audit product and process: perform audits daily on assembly lines. Record audit data.
- Compile weekly line audit data and inspections results.
- Train factory personnel in product cleaning, touch-ups, and repair standards and techniques.
- Work with factory management, supervision, and personnel on quality issues as directed by QC Managers, Citigroup and Ashley Furniture authorized personnel.
- Answer quality questions based on Standards, Established Operating Procedures and the principles of Continuous Improvement.
-Actively participate in meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.

-Maintain reliable attendance.




Requirements:
- College graduated or above, Minimum of 2 years QC work experience;
- Hardworking, honest and reliable, can read CAD drawing;
- Detail oriented

- Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and document management system

- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
