SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish a strong maintenance team by training the associates and actualizing good performance assessing system.
2. Lead to improve the equipment availability including infrastructure and machines.
3. Lead to do preventive maintenance jobs to improve group KPI and realize no safety issues and less downtime.
4. Lead or participate KAIZEN projects.
5. Use the tools such as RCA,MEI, MP2 to provide maintenance solution and follow up downtime.
6. Work with safety, quality, reduction of cost, delivery and related parties to drive for equipment/tools/spare parts/project related setup failure improvement.
7. Optimize the electronic/ mechanical part life span and implement time base PM to ensure quality output.
8. Lead cost reduction project on equipment related expenses and dissipation.
9. Other related duties and responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor and above degree, majoring in mechanism or electric.
2. 8 years and above relative working experience in maintenance and project equipment management, with 5 years department management experience; Kitchen and wooden industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with national regulations and laws related to environmental safety and health. Proficiency in both written and oral English; Good command of organization, coordination and communication skills. Team working spirit, Excellent management skill, Be good at motivation.
