JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Director by organizing sales leads excel sheet, calling sales leads arranging appointments
Coordinate leads with Sales teams
Assist in the compilation of reports
Make presentations.
Build own network in the industry
Handle personal and confidential matters for the Director
Set up a systematic and efficient filling system that enables quick retrieval.
Manage communication with internal and external parties - Translations
Provide support in Company related events and ad-hoc assignments/task as and when required.


REQUIREMENTS
University graduate or equivalent
At least 0-2 years working experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant to senior management
Systematic, business-minded, Mature, reliable, self-motivated, responsible, willing to work under pressure and flexible in working hours
Strong communication skill with the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment at a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Fluent in spoken Mandarin
Excellent capability in MS Office, including word and excel skill for data analysis
Self Correspondence (both English and Chinese) with internal and external parties

岗位职责：
1. 深入了解并挖掘客户需求，开拓商业机会，寻找潜在合作渠道；
2. 代表公司为客户讲解及推广公司产品及方案，协助公司公关宣传活动的组织协调；
3. 与合作渠道保持良好的沟通，并努力促成合作渠道与公司的合作；
4. 协助销售人员正确理解客户需求、完成项目方案的设计；
5. 参与拓展部门对部分客户进行前期跟进；
6. 管理并维护商务拓展团队的发展，并完成一定的团队年度指标；
7. 对业务发展方向具有计划性，能实际完成相应工作量，并同时向总经理汇报
8. 定期整理、收集与挖掘客户需求，及时反馈，向管理层与销售人员提出针对性的改进意见，以供公司开拓产品及新业务领域。

职位要求：
1. 企业管理、市场营销等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 具备良好的职业形象，有3年以上销售或市场工作经验或市场研究行业工作经验；
3. 中英文熟练，有海外留学以及工作经历优先录用；
4. 具有良好的学习能力和适应环境变化的能力，有热情及责任感，乐于承担压力和挑战，富于开拓精神；
5. 具备优秀的沟通协调、商务谈判能力，有较强文字撰写能力和信息收集能力；
6. 团队意识浓厚，能承受工作责任和压力。
