Hiring Profiles / Responsibilities:
+ Ensure all workshop processes run effectively and efficiently, and follow company and local rules and regulations
+ Ensure production is cost effective and within budget, while maintaining consistent quality and performance standards
+ Ensure on time delivery to customer
+ Ensure all equipment and assets are well maintained according to company standards
+ Ensure all staff are properly trained so workshop operations and tasks are performed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and professional manner
+ Create workshop schedule to optimize workshop efficiency, productivity and utilization of manpower, tools and equipments
+ Develop workers to help create strong work ethic and enforce effective work behaviors
+ Advise on troubleshooting decisions and actions within area of responsibility
+ Analyze workshop production data and submit reports to management advise on production status
+ Recommend new policies or procedures to improve production efficiency and effectiveness
+ Select, motivate, and develop employees within the area of delegation.
+ Conduct team performance management (set KPIs performance targets, appraisal). Build good team environment.
+ Contribute to the completion of sales target
+ Contribute to effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality product.
Requirements:
+ Degree: BA or higher / business management
+ Years/type of experience: 5 years manufacturing management or above
+ Area-specific knowledge: understand how to communicate with first-line operators, Furniture product
+ Language: Can communicate in English and local language
+ Good at teamwork to involve people for continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Business, result and action orientation style
Competencies:
+ Experienced at Lean manufacturing implementation./Furniture company experience
+ Good at demand and capacity management
+ Good at Workshop
