RESPONSIBILITY
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the quality system policies and procedures
2. Assist in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies
3. Implement quality initiatives to attain and maintain customer satisfaction and focus
4. Conduct internal customer and supplier surveys to evaluate performance and to determine conformance to established standards
5. Analyze quality problem and push relevant department to take corrective action
6. Handle customer's feedback and complaint, and corrective actions implementation
7. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Plant Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree of engineering or related Kitchen technical discipline.
2. Above 8 years working experience related to QA, 5 years in management position
3. Strong experience and technical background in quality management.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, and ISO9001.
5. Good knowledge of Woodworking or Furniture is preferable.
6. Good organizational and analytical abilities
7. Patient and be able handle pressure situations
8. Travel is required.
