Essential Skills
1. Fluent English and excellent communication ability
2. Furniture inspection experience
3. A good knowledge of CAD and 3-D modeling programs

Responsibilities
1. Inspection
a) Develop and implement QC plans for products mainly in the furniture field
b) Complete inspection reports after inspection
c) Stay at factories to follow production

2. CAD, 3-D Modeling
a) Create 3-D models based on CAD drawings
b) Understand customer drawings and specifications and communicate to supplier
c) Resolve any communication problems between supplier and customer related to specification

3. Training
a) As your knowledge and experience increase, develop and maintain a training manual for new QC staff

Additional Skills
The following are not essential, but will be an advantage when applying for this position:
1. Sourcing experience
2. Costing experience
3. Good knowledge of factory processes
4. Driving license

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on a basic salary and end-of-year bonus payment.

Salary reviews will be carried out twice a year, and will be based on the employee fulfilling agreed goals.

Salary level and potential salary increases will be discussed with the candidate at interview.
