产品质量检验员--家具

职位描述

Primary Responsibilities
？ Ensure that all products are quality checked according to the standards of technical specification and reference samples (or in sample report) the sampling plan and the quality policy and quality control procedures of company (in line inspection / Final inspection…).
？ Fulfill the Made requirements for the product packaging and labeling.
？ Follow up on any quality improvements and amendment of technical requirements, as agreed with the team PQT (technician) and suppliers.
？ Work together with the technician and/or merchandiser to complete the first dispatch inspection and ensure that the products quality is achieving the valid standards of technical file and reference sample. The inspector (PQI) must take over the products quality control with the deadline of completing the first dispatch inspection.
？ Complete a final check of all self-assembly products in order to ensure that they have concise and presentable assembly instructions and that they are fit for their purpose.
？ Help the technician to draft, amend or complete documentation for products within the area of responsibility.
？ Support with Made claims and quality control issues for individual products in a proactive and timely manner and communicate each other when required.
？ Check samples as required and created sample reports, together with the team PQT.
？ Support suppliers in achieving and fulfilling Made’s quality and environmental requirement.

Main Requirements
？ College degree with engineering background.
？ Have 3 years working experience in furniture inspection.
？ Have experience with European a British standards is preferred
？ Have experience with mail order packaging is preferred
？ Have experience with Children British and European regulation is preferred
？ Have experience in commercial company.
？ Willing to travel a lot.
？ Healthy, Honest and with high responsibility.
？ English CET 4 is required

主要职责
1． 根据产品技术规范，验货标准及工作流程对所负责的产品进行质量检验；
2． 跟踪推进产品质量改进及技术要求修改的执行；
3． 与小组技术员/小组一起完成首单验货，完成相关技术规范及存档，样品检查等；
4． 根据主管要求积极完成临时安排的各项工作任务， 并及时汇报。
根本要求
1． 二年以上的工科类的高等教育；
2． 五年以上家具行业的生产技术品质管理方面的工作经历；
3． 国际采购行业的工作经历；
4． 能很好地使用书面英语，能进行简单的英语口语交流
5． 必须身体健康，能够经常出差
6． 乐于学习提升能力，乐于完成艰苦工作，富有团队合作精神。
