Job Role:
1. To manage customers' purchase orders into delivery by coordinating with related departments at the company;
2. To negotiate/readjust shipment schedules based on goods availability;
3. To efficiently follow up shipments;
4. To review sales and shipping documents for accuracy and prompt payments;
5. To coordinate with teammates in the same department.
Requirements:
1. Good command of both spoken and written English;
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline;
4. Familiar with foreign trade process;
5. Good organizational skills;
6. Strong sense of responsibility.
