1.Secretarial support such as presentation (ppt) development, spreadsheets and tracking;
秘书类工作:如报表、电子文档的制作及更新优化;
2.Support in travel and meeting arrangements- booking hotel, travel tracking, collecting material etc.;
差旅及会议组织协助工作:酒店预订、车辆安排、会议稿案收集等;
3. Customer reception: hotel and transporation arrangment, service during visiting and analyze after visiting;
客户接待:客户来访前的酒店、交通等等准备工作、访问时的接待工作及访问后的总结;
4.Document filling and management;
文档整理及管理;
5.Bills collecting and following up payment;
账单整理及跟踪付款情况;
6.Other tasks assigned by superior.

A. COMPETENCY AND QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格和能力
1. Good working attitude, responsible for due duties and be positively open to own space for improvement;
工作态度良好,认真负责,正视自身待改善之处;
2. Taking initiative to get things done, following up without frequent reminding ;
主动采取措施完成工作,无需提醒积极跟踪事宜;
3. Detail-oriented, and having a sense of perfection;
注重细节,具有完美做事理念;
4. Strong sense of confidentiality and loyalty.
具有强烈的保密及忠诚观念。
B. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 教育背景
College degree and or above;
大专及以上学历;
Related working experience is preferred.
具有相关工作经验者优先。
C. LANGUAGE SKILLS 语言能力
CET-6 or above; Good at reading and written English, and can freely communicate with foreigner in English;
CET-6, 良好的英语阅读写能力,与外国同事可熟练使用英语交流;
Fluent in Mandarin.
普通话流利。
D. COMPUTER SKILLS 电脑操作技能
Good Computer Skill ( Power point, Excel, Word )
熟练掌握电脑技能( Power Point, Excel, Word etc.)
