Basic requirements:
1) Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in HR field
2) Age 40 or below
3) Ability to manage two factories with about one thousand workers
4) Experience in managing HR policies of foreign invested companies
5) Experience in welfare planning and event management
6) Experience in administrative, legal issues management (not necessarily have
to be in Jiangsu)
7) Experience in managing general affairs (including safety issues, insurance
planning, cleanliness of factory)
Candidates who possess the following traits will have an added advantage:
1) Experience in working overseas
2) Have a reasonable proficiency in English, so as to facilitate
communications with HQ’s HR department in Singapore
3) Knowlegeable about labor laws of Jiangsu (Suzhou)
4) Experience in the furniture industry
