1. At least 8 years relevant experience

2. Ability to determine the costs of product (to include yields on wood and other raw material usage, costs of wood and other raw materials, time studies, labor rates, overhead rates, hardware costs, packaging costs, transportation costs etc)

3. Proactive in making suggestions to reduce costs by changing materials, designs, components etc.

4. Ability to negotiate with vendors

5. Ability to work closely with production and sales while remaining independent

6. Integrity of the individuals is critical

7. Team players

8. Must speak good English.
