职位描述

R&D manager:
Be in charge of all product development, monitoring competitors and last trends, sourcing, identify and implement all the phases of the “ made or buy” process.
Job responsibilities:
1/Identify, test, control, order and approval of furniture sets for the European market
2/Supervise design and technical drawings of the samples and production’s lot,select material and supplier for the new production
3/Follow all phases of production, development and tests for the new collections
Requirements:
1/At least 5 years experience in furniture design, R&D Manager or Production Manager
2/Experienced in dealing with Chinese furniture manufacturer and in organizing product development and QC procedure; A strong sense of design and furniture trends, very experienced with the wooden/furniture industry and material management
3/Strong logistical skills to handle the high volume furniture sets, shipments and re-orders
4/Able to work under pressure: able to fulfill the high volume and top quality requisitions; A perfectionist attitude: “time and quality” are must and the request from the mother company
5/Fluent in written and spoken English or Italian; Computer Literate is good.
