 Implement and maintain the quality system policies and procedures.

 Assist in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies.

 Implement quality initiatives to attain and maintain customer satisfaction and focus.

 Identify and implement closed-loop corrective action.

 Facilitate between suppliers and internal customers as appropriate to resolve specific quality issues.

 Assist in conducting internal customer and supplier surveys to evaluate performance and determine conformance to established standards.

 Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services.

 Assist in reviewing internal customer complaints to determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent recurrence.

 Perform Potential Supplier Assessments.

 Maintain required documentation and files.

 Support the plans, material cost reduction goals and buyer business plans.
