职位描述

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for design and set up the tools and production process for Lacquering shop and other painting shops.

 Establish the related manufacturing process standard and checking control standard, procedure.

 Provide technical support for sales, design and customer requires by coordinate testing, trail production.

 Train and mentor the production operators to master the process in a professional manner.

 Participate in the layout design and improvement of the pipeline to achieve equipment and material utilization.

 Define the standards of the Painting equipment layout to satisfy the quality requirements.

 Define and select new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities related to product quality cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies.

 Conduct measures and adjustment of the time consumption of major products according to financial analysis.

 Design effective technical engineering concepts to efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.

 Assist in research and development of new products with engineering department.

 Assist in successful launch of mature products.

 Other tasks assigned by immediate manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree majoring in chemical engineering, painting engineering, furniture engineering or other related specialties; At least 3-5 years of experience in wood manufacturing with successful track records; Familiar with the wood, furniture, lacquering production processes; Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
