Responsible for
1. Supervision of purchasing process of raw materials, OEM materials and other materials used by Changshu plant to meet requirements of production and customer deliveries.
2. Develops and implements related policies, procedures to improve purchasing efficiency and effectiveness continuously;
3. Manages and trains a team of purchasing staff;
4. Works with suppliers closely to improve QCD performances continuously
