Requirements:
- Able to travel periodically to U.S.

- University Degree with a major in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.

- Must have CAD experience.

- Strong knowledge of the RTA Office Seating industry including design, manufacturing, and market trends.
- Minimum 6 years experience in a multinational company as Director or Senior Manager in manufacturing of office chairs.
- Excellent project management capability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Design activities including product concept rendering, engineering design, sample approval, specification validation, production trial runs and hand_over sample approval to production.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising Department on Sample Development and approval.
- Define and develop detailed procedures and work instruction manuals for the Seating product category.
- Ensure proper procedures are in place and implemented to approve and document all engineering changes.
- Ensure that all new materials used in the product design are properly approved and specifications are clearly documented and tested to standards.
- Participate with Purchasing in the sourcing of new materials.
- To ensure proper protection of intellectual property rights and patent protection arising from the product development process.
