职位描述

-Bachelor Degree, with major in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum eight years experience in a multinational company as a Director of Quality.
-Knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM and Applied Statistics.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the Quality Assurance Departments and Test Lab Departments.
-Develop and implement a Quality Management System including
quality documentation, inspection, problem solving supplier development testing protocol for all Company Test Labs.
-Partner with suppliers to develop systems to improve Supplier Quality Systems.
-Establish a company-wide training program for Q.C. Inspectors that focuses on product and process improvement.
-Travel required within China.
