职位描述

-University Degree in Management with an MBA preferred.
-Eight to ten years of progressive senior level managerial experience in a multi-national company.
-Hands-on and Results-driven.
-Strong communication skills required. Must have excellent command of English.
-Must have a high level of integrity, able to work under pressure, detail oriented, self-starter, confidential and able to work in our fast paced environment.
-Must be willing to travel frequently within China.

Job Responsibilities:
-Plan, direct and coordinate the day to day operations and execution of the Company’s strategic plans.
-Manage the business relationship with our joint venture factories.
-Involved n all Customer Presentations.
-Develop performance management systems and measures for the key business processes.
-Lead and develop senior staff and direct reports.
-Will drive change through a team approach.
