Job description
Attent the production meeting everyday
Prepare ctn plan
Inform the customer delivery plan and apply inspection if need
Booking
Prepare declaration documents
Arrange trailer
Prepare BL & apply payment
Prepare packing list ,invoices to accounting ,the boss ，G.M. & customer
Prepare PI ,MO according to order request
Remind customer about payment
Recept customer if need
Arrange professional pictures outside if need
