职位描述

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop the sourcing strategy for Kitchen Cabinet OEM or Raw Materials
2. Kitchen Cabinet OEM or Raw Material supplier sourcing and identification
3. Conduct and coordinate the Kitchen Cabinet OEM Supplier Quality Management
4. Communicate with the current and potential suppliers concerning the new product development, technology and process for the benefit of Kohler
5. Contract negotiation
6. Search and maintain the health relationship/contact with all suppliers
7. Assist Manager in review, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of purchasing policy & procedures


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

1. College/University graduate
2. Commercial sense is a must. Experience in cost analysis is preferred
3. Good business ethic and integrity. Basic legal knowledge
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5. Frequent travel is required
6. At least 2 years relevant experience in purchasing. Multinational company working experience is preferred
7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and IE. Good command in English writing, speaking and reading
