船务专员

职位描述

工作描述:
1. Follow up international shipments (Sea & Air freight).
2. Manage the whole export shipment flow .
3. Make the customs clearance doc. and payment doc.
4. Communicate with the overseas and update information in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate with sub-contractor and customers ,3rd party/carrier
Solve various problems & difficulties in operation to ensure each shipment smoothly.

职位要求:
1.College graduate or above with good command of English ;
2.At least two year of relevant working experience in shipping field,experience of trading company preferred.
3.Be familiar with UCP 600 and incoterm 2000 and L/C documentation operation flow
4.A good team player with good communications skills and capability to interact effectively with all levels
5. Proficiency in PC skills , especially Excel,
6. Willing to work overtime in peak season .
7. Responsible, careful, aggressive and self-motivated. (characteristic: accountability, timing, and accuracy ).
