JOB SUMMARY: - Primary responsibility is to execute on time and on budget delivery of production orders by the production workshops, internal resources and directing suppliers. Assist in definition of project budgets, time lines and quality expectations throughout the development process. Consult with design and engineering personnel to define production and aesthetic standards for displays. Determine vendor participation based on factory and supplier’s core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters. Oversee timely creation of prototypes and provide cost effective, quality production of display fixtures in timeframes dictated in project parameters.
职位描述：主要负责国内、外产品的开发、生产、物流配送等一系列流程跟踪，整合各生产部门、其他内部资源，以及供应商，在预算范围内保证产品按时按量交货。在整个产品加工过程中协助相关工作人员完成工程预算，制定时间表，监督跟踪产品质量；与设计及工程图纸转换人员一起制定展示设备的生产标准及外观设计；根据工厂及供应商的实际资产、能力决定完工日期及预算；定期察看设计图纸的进程；在遵循时间预期及工程相关参数的前提下，提供有效的、高质量的展示设备。

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: -
任职要求：
College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, General or Structural) or Manufacturing Technology or equivalent work experience
大学本科以上，工程（机械、加工、或结构）或制造技术专业，或具有相应工作经验和资力者
3-5 years project management experience ,priority in POP industry
3-5 年项目管理工作经验，零售展示道具行业从业人员优先考虑。
Detailed understanding of multiple manufacturing processes (injection molding, extruding, fabrication and thermoforming of plastics and wood and steel fabrication)
熟悉多种生产加工过程及工艺（注塑，挤出件加工，塑料成型，木件及金属件加工）
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) software
熟练使用各种办公软件
An understanding of GANTT Charts and familiarity with Microsoft Project software
了解甘特表，能够熟练运用项目软件
Intuitive ability to understand 3-D color renderings and interpret into mechanical assembly
看懂并熟悉3D图纸，并能将图纸转换为工程方案
Good English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills to express ideas and convey information to sales, engineering, design, plant and vendor personnel
良好的中英文表达能力
Must possess knowledge of standard quality assurance practices
熟悉质量标准方面内容
Must be well organized and detail oriented and possess good time management skills
时间观念强，工作谨慎，具有很好的控制力
