Responsibility
·Assists the Sales Manager in the overall departmental operation
·Be responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to the department or the office (other branches outside Shanghai).
·Handle incoming calls and enquiries, and handle visitors in courteous manner and appropriate procedures.
·Be responsible for compiling different types of Sales analysis reports according to the company standard. Compile various office expenses and office administration related reports in branch offices.
·Maintain filing system for various Sales documents and information such as monthly Sales reports, analysis reports, project lists and distributors/ dealers authorization records etc.
·Arrange travel itinerary and hotel accommodation for all Sales personnel.
·Assist and participate in different types of Sales/ promotional activities when required by the Sales Manager.
·Maintain positive relationships with distributors, dealers and other external/ internal customers on behalf of the Sales Manager.
·Liaise with relevant government bureaus to provide administrative services regarding business registration, tax and staff benefits for the branch office.
Requirements
·University degree or technical college graduated, majoring in business is preferred.
·Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
·Work under high press.
