Assistant for Director of Asia Pacific Sales (DOAS) ---销售总监助理(酒店家具业务)
Work Location: Dong Guan City (Hua Kai Plaza, Nancheng District)
(有从事酒店行业营销或PR工作经验者优先考虑)
Specific Duties:
-Answering all telephone calls and handling inquiries, while DOAS on business trip.
-Help organizing factory tour - transportation, coordination, set up meeting room and all necessary report and materials.
-Help organizing appointments, meetings and activities as guided by DOAS.
-Handling correspondence, courier/deliver samples.
-Updating and compiling customer list and data
-Coordinating with operation to ensure receive all requested quotations and samples on time.
-Handling all filling.
-Handling mailing.
-Assisting DOAS for marketing collateral and publications.
-Identify special events, show for the company to receive quality publicity and ultimately general business for the media.
-Develops marketing intelligence: competition activities and new customer trends and performance.
-May assist with factory inspections for key clients.
**This position might require travel outside of China with DOAS
Education/Experience:
-College/University degree preferred
-Mandarin and English proficiency are required
-At least 3 years of experience in sales/marketing area
