- Do the research to the real estate market and project （房地产市场和项目的研究）
- Make the real estate market analysis （房地产项目的分析）
- Coordinate and support the customer to do the tender （协调和支持客户进行投标）
- Communicate with the owners, designers （与开发商和设计师沟通）
- Invite customer to show-room / exhibition （邀请客户参观展厅和展会）
- Provide product information （提供产品信息）
- Provide technical information （提供技术信息）
- Provide marketing support （提供展厅支持）

Requirement （要求）：
- Bechelor degree or above （本科及以上学历）
- Can speak English （能说英语）
- Good relationship with owners and designers （与开发商和设计师关系良好）
- Familar with the real estate market and project （熟悉房地产市场和项目）
- Hardware, furniture and kitchenware industry working experience is in advantage（五金，家具和橱柜业工作经验者优先）
- 5 years relevant working experience or above （五年以上相关工作经验）
- Driving license （有驾照）
