油漆生产主管

职位描述

BASIC FUNCTION

Assist Manager in fulfilling all production targets, mainly responsible for monitoring and pushing production implementing production schedules as well as coordinating relations in each workshops under his or her supervision and other departments (such as warehouse, quality etc.) to ensure the completion of production task within requested date and cost and quality

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES

Daily/Shift production activity management (5S, safety, attendance, discipline, machine/equipment daily PM, production employee follow procedure etc.); coordinating manpower, machine, materials and other resources to ensure production schedule be completed on time, meet or exceed labor efficiency, cost target
日常（班次） 生产活动的管理 (5S, 安全，纪律，人员出勤，机器/设备日保养，员工严格遵守操作流程生产等)；协调人员，机器物料以及其他资源，确保生产计划任务按时完成以及达成或超过劳动效率以及成本指标
Monitor and improve produced product quality, reduce scrap and ensure to meet or exceed quality target (PPM)
监控和改善产品质量，减少报废确保达到或者超过质量目标（PPM）
According to production demand, coordinate production employee training
根据生产需求，协调生产线员工的培训
Control material usage, ensure it meet or exceed usage rate, lead production material cycle count and ensure its accuracy.
控制物料的使用，确保物料达到或超过规定的使用率，领导生产线盘点确保盘点准确。
Leading or participating continue improvement activity (Kaizen, GB etc)
领导和参与持续改善活动（Kaizen, GB etc）


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Familiar with lacquering boards furniture manufacturing process flow and its technical requirement
熟悉板式家具烤漆的全部生产流程以及相关的技术要求

Familiar with all lacquering production related material (boards, paint) and equipment (sander machine. Polisher) etc
熟悉生产板式家具烤漆板所用的原材料（如板材，油漆）以及设备（如砂光机，打磨机等）

Has rich experience on training lacquering workers( such as sprayer, sander etc)
有相当丰富的烤漆生产线员工培训经验（如培训手工喷漆工，打磨工等）

Rich experience on lacquering production floor management( Such as people management, people arrangement, material management, raw material, half-finished goods, finished goods management, 5S. and safety etc)
有丰富的烤漆生产车间现场管理经验（如人员管理，现场物料管理，材料，半成品，成品的管理， 5S, 安全管理等）

High quality awareness. Has rich experience to lead and solve lacquering quality problem
有很强的质量意识， 对于解决烤漆板生产所常见的质量问题，并能领导和解决这些问题有丰富的经验

Highly continue improvement awareness( quality, cost, efficiency, delivery)
很强的持续改善意识（质量，成本，效率, 按时交货）

Good English ( reading， writing，listen, speaking) are preferred
英语读，写,听,说优秀者优先考虑
