Position：National Franchisee Manager
Location：Shanghai
Job Description：
一、Management
1、Establish the national management system for Franchisee建立全国加盟商管理系统；
2、Make franchisee training and supervise manual 制订加盟商培训、监督管理手册；
3、Cordinate all area managers’ daily work 协调各区域经理的日常工作；
4、Devise all coperation contract with franchisee修订各项加盟商合作协议；
5、Annual evaluation and adjustment for franchisee年度加盟商的评定与调整；
6、Finish other work handed by your supervisor完成上级交付的其他工作

二、Business Development
1、Participate in establish the annual sales target参与公司制订的年度销售指标；
2、Effectively divide all sales target有效分解各项销售指标；
3、Lead all area managers to accomplish the annual sales target带领各区域经理完成年度销售指标；
4、Fulfill the whole sales system for franchisee完善整个加盟商销售体系

Requirement：
1、Bachelor degree for Marketing or Management Male 32 Above市场营销学或管理学本科以上学历，男性 32岁以上；
2、5 years experience of Area Managemer 区域经理5年以上工作经验；
3、Prefer candidates with furniture, bed products background有家具、床具行业经验者优先；
4、Be able to go on business trip often能适应经常出差
