1>学历：大学本科或以上， 理工/林业专业。
2>培训经历：相关测试及品质控制及稽查的技能培训
3>英语能力：读写听说俱佳。
4>工作经验：５以上工作经验，至少有１年以上的第三方实验室工作经验，１年以上家具厂生产或品质控制经验
5>其他：熟悉板式贴纸家具/喷油家具/铁器至少其中一类的生产流程。对PB/MDF板的国家标准有一定的了解；品质控制知识，CARB & CPSIA法令，UL1678，SOHO 及BIFMA等标准的了解；品质分析图标制作及数据综合分析能力；快速正确组装家具，颜色分辨能力强;CAD制图，熟练操作办公软件及检测设备;良好的文件管理能力；良好的沟通能力和协调能力，技术问题的英语口头表述能力;诚实，强烈的责任心，工作细致严谨。团队合作精神;抗压能力强。有上进心及一定的管理能力
条件优秀可以为高级测试工程师；
1) Requirements

• College or university degree majoring in mechanical or engineering or relevant technical background. Wide range of knowledge.
• English ability: CET-6 with scientific English base
• Working experience: 5 years, preferable in furniture industry or quality control.
• Positive working attitude, teamwork. Good at analysis. Able to work independently under pressure.
• Computer skill: good commend of Work/Excel operation

2) Position Responsibility

• Assist manager to create, distribute and manage color standards.
• Monthly inspect/audit color standards in supplier factories and maintain record.
• Gage calibration and monthly audit and maintain record
• Assist manager to conduct Social Accountability Audit on supplier factories
• Arrange and conduct testing to company’s or internal standards, generate reports and build test base
• Communicate with supplier factories for samples/testing failures/improvement
• Supervise technician on testing and daily job
• Participates departmental Daily/Weekly Meeting
