高级BPR工程师

职位描述

1.工作地点为山东省,请慎投简历.
2.熟练使用Delphi, .net等开发语言;
3.有ERP实施经验,懂得系统维护和提升;
4.懂二次开发,熟悉工厂生产流程;
5.沟通协调能力强,擅长于人沟通及能解决实际问题;
6.电脑相关专业本科以上学历,五年工作经验.
工作内容：
-ERP/Bar Code system project implementation/operation
推行ERP，条码系统项目的实施及操作；
-Analysis business requirements and propose with the function departments in understanding their business problems and providing BPR solutions to meet business needs
分析各功能部门的业务需求，提供BRP方面的解决方案；
-Advocate ERP business improvement solution, technology and services to targeted business unit
提高ERP业务模块，为业务部门提供服务；
-Develop necessary user documentation and coordinate or conduct user training
开展必要的用户培训；
-Promote or create ERP capabilities in the company
提升ERP在公司运行中的实际能力
