职位描述

Skill&requirement(技能/要求)：
1.3 years or above working experience in manufacture management position.
三年或以上在制造行业的管理职位经历。
2.can communicate with English.
能进行基本的英文交流。
3.well organizing and can work under high pressure.
较好的组织能力，能够在高压下工作。
4.have working experience in foreign company is a plus.
有外企工作经验的优先考虑。
5.know 5S, with Lean concept.
懂5S，理解精益生产的理念。
6.willing to change, good communication skill.
乐于改变，有较好的交流能力。


Responsibility（职责范围）：
1. report to GM as production coordinator, cooperate with shopfloor supervisors
to achieve the business target and customer requirement.
向总经理回报，与各车间主管协调合作共同达成公司营运目标和客户需求。
2. implement safety rule and drive for improvement.
实施安全政策，并不断改进。
3. cooperate with planning to ensure customer's delivery time.
与计划部门协调合作，达成客户所需交期。
4. lead the production meeting on shopfloor daily.
主持现场生产会议。
5. drive continuous improvement projects about quality, efficiency and cost.
推动关于质量、生产效率和成本方面的持续改进。
6. figure out the bottle-neck/constraint of production, then organize related resource to meet customer's requirement.
找出现场生产的瓶颈，合理运用资源以便达成客户的需求。
7. support HR department for hiring.
支持HR部门进行必要的招聘工作。
