Job Description
1.Correspond with overseas customers for all inquiries
2.Coordinate with various parties for product manufacturing&shipment delivery
3.Responsible for handling the quotation, purchase order and shipping document etc.
4.Report to the manager with updates on order planning and processing
5.Travel to Nanhai factory and Hong Kong office occasionally
工作简述
1、跟进及解答海外客户的查询需求
2、协调各方面并协助完成产品生产和出货安排
3、处理报价单,订单,采购单及货运文件
4、定期向经理汇报客户跟进状况
5、如情况需要,须前往南海工厂和香港公司出差工作
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s Degree holder or above, candidate with diploma will also be considered
2.Interested in office planning and project co-ordination
3.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under tight schedule
4.Good command of written and verbal English is a must
5.Having relevant experience in foreign companies and furniture fields
6.Fresh graduates will also be considered
职位要求
1、持大学本科或以上学位,高级外语文凭亦被可考虑
2、对办公室设计,家俬规划及项目协调、统筹感兴趣者
3、主动、细心、有责任感,并能有条理地同时处理多方面的工作
4、必须具有良好的英文写作技巧,及流利英语会话
5、曾任职外资或家俬企业工作者优先考虑
6、本科应届毕业生,且成绩优秀者也可申请
