Summary
Lead PMC team to plan production & materials(MPS) in higher efficiency, economy in reason; sales order processing in time; tracking plan actualized, potential risk found, to achieve delivery target.
带领PMC团队以更高的效率和更经济的方式完成生产计划和物料计划,及时完成生产订单,追踪计划的运行情况,找出潜在的的风险和达成交付目标。

Responsibility
Production planning
1、Provides master schedule, production & Materials-planning supervision, scheduling for production(Monthly, Weekly and Daily Planning is required), preparing production schedules for manufacturing of products
提供主生产计划,生产和物料计划管理,月度,周计划和日计划排程;
2、Update and maintain the data in ERP system, keep tracking with the delivery time of every process
更新和维护ERP系统数据,跟踪每一流程的交付时间;
3、Analyzing production specifications and factory capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements.
分析工厂生产能力和生产规格来预测物料,设备,人力等;

Production Control
1、Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
根据先前的制造流程和控制时间,计划和排程各部门和工序的工作流;
2、Planning sequence of cutting, machining, sanding, painting, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workshops.
计划开料,加工,打磨,喷涂,装配,包装等工艺的顺序;
3、Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
确认不同项目的状态,加速完成被延误的项目和为应对突发情况相应改变排程;
4、Preparing production reports.
准备生产报表;
5、Monitors, analyzes, reports performance to schedule of production, production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
运用系统信息来管理、分析、报告生产排程表现,生产支持活动

Coordination Control
1、Ensures all parties are fully cognizant of production status, that work planning and execution objectives are integrated, communicated.
确保所有相关部门了解生产状况,并整合和沟通生产计划和执行目标;
2、Coordinates, expedites the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of material as required.
协调,加速采购订单的完成和物料交付;
3、Interfaces with Purchasing, Engineering and Development Manager, Quality Control Manager, to coordinate the delivery goods on time.
与采购,工程和开发,品控等部门合作完成交付时间;
4、Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge, analytical abilities in ERP system.
解决ERP系统产生的问题

Requirement
1、College’s degree or above, major in Logistic / Supply chain management or related discipline.
大专以上学历,物流/供应链或相关专业;
2、Minimum 5 years’ experience in production and materials planning in a relevant environment, furniture manufacturing industry is prior to.
5年以上制造业生产计划和控制经验,有家具行业经验优先考虑;
3、In-depth knowledge and experience in ERP system.
具备ERP系统的知识及经验;
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的人际和沟通技巧。
