质量检验员

职位描述

1.Responsible for in process checking, the process including wood furniture, welding and painting.
负责过程产品的检验,生产过程包括木器家具，焊接及涂装产品。
2.Check incoming goods ,And also check the metal parts in supplier if necessary.
产品进料检验，如必要，需在供应商现场进行产品的检验。
3.Inspect the parts according to SIP ,drawing and specification。Report the checking result to related department on time.
依据检验作业指导书、图纸及规范进行产品检验,及时将检验的结果反馈至相关部门。
4. To handle the non-conformity parts process internal, Collaborate with production department to solve the quality problem
当发现产品异常，要有能力与相关部门沟通解决问题。
5.To collect quality data (eg. Line nonconformance r…);Archive relevant quality documents
收集相关的质量数据 如:不良产品…,质量文件的归档保存。
6.Verify the corrective action and feed back the quality issue to production/supervisor on time;
验证纠正措施,及时将质量问题反馈给生产/主管。
7.Other tasks assigned by supervisor
主管其他安排的事务。

2.Record the real quality data and prohibit to release the nonconformance to next work station
如实记录质量数据；禁止放行不合格品到下一工站

- (Background):
-（教育背景、专业技术和技能）:
1.Technical secondary school graduated or above
技校/中专或高中及以上
2.Familiar with measuring instrument;
技校/中专或高中及以上
3.Hard-working and responsible; Good initiative and self-studying
工作认真负责;良好的主动性及自学能力
4.Understand basic quality tools eg. QC 7 tools;
了解基本的质量工具
5.Basic PC skill(eg.Word,Excel) and drawing reading skill;
基本的PC技能 如:Word, Excel及图纸阅读能力

1. More than 3 years experiences in quality inspection.
>3年产品质量检验经验
2. Experiences in furniture company is plus
有家具行业的工作经验为佳
3. Experiences in multi-national company;
