ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Create and maintain product technical requirement on all products produced at the facilities;
2.Set up production process (SOP) by spec requirement. Ensure method achieve lowest waste;
3.Provide recommendations and implement improvements regarding product manufacturing method;
4.Monitor and find ways to increase efficiency of the product process and reduce material costs;
5.Solve production trouble during manufacturing and continue improvements;
6.Cross train in other technical service disciplines and provide support and help to resolve any problems that may arise;
7.Work with BOM clerk to ensure BOM accuracy;
8.Strong ability to understand and query information in the ERP
environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS：
1.Required – College or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or a commensurate level of related experience
2. 5 years above experience in manufacturing environment.
3 - 5 years specifically related experience working in furniture
environment.
3. English skill both in oral and written, especially work related
vocabulary;Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook,
Word, Excel, Project);
4. Computer skills in CAD (2D/3D) application required
