Main Responsibilities
- Oversee C&B implementation including employee payroll, individual tax transaction, confirm NA team commission and follow up the result;
- Provide professional consulting and analysis to HR team and line manager in job offer, promotion, job transfer and other compensation related topics, as well as local regulation and process;
- Support SHRM to conduct annual C&B programs, such as salary survey yearly, review promotion, reward and salary adjustment cases, and marketing pricing the current and new jobs;
- Provides professional supports on salary system, such as sales commission, retention plan design;
-Be in charge of benefits plan and group contract negotiation;
Experience/Education Required
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years in C&B function with at least 2 years’ experience on a supervisor position. Experience in manufacturing plant will be a plus.
- Rich knowledge and solutions development experience on a wide range of human resource related function
- Open-minded, energetic, self-starter, quick Learner, able to work under pressure
- Initiative, and good interpersonal skill
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
