Experience and Special Skill
1．Graduated from science and technology university, major in engineering prior.
2. Have five years of working experience in industry field at least, among act quality supervisor position for two years, upholstery industry prior.
3．Familiar with ISO9000, seven QC tools, FMEA and DOE.
4. Have strong capabilities of communication, coordination and organization.
5. Good at language expression skills, paper work skills and teamwork skills.
6. Can be read and write in English. No color blind.

Main Functions and Responsibilities
1. Manage QC team, arrange, monitor and direct QC works in workshop.
2. Control quality in all producing processes by quality standards and requirements.
3. Make SOP for key inspecting items of product, provide a right quality standards and inspection way.
4. Save quality problems in production lines through communicate with PD, Production and Sales.
5. Serve customer inspectors or the third party inspectors for finished goods inspection.
6. Join to new sample and pre-production sample evaluation.
7. Assist to deal with customer claim, organize to take corrective and preventive measures.
