Main Responsibilities
- Keep close understanding of the business needs by participating general business meetings, functional meetings.
- Identify and resolve key HR issues, consulting to generate alternative solutions for all HR questions and problems by leveraging HR function team – recruitment, Training, C&B, etc.
- Deliver HR projects by acting as an advisor, and facilitate the achievement of business objectives by coaching and supporting Managers and BU Leaders with their people management issues.
- HR Process delivery to follow up/supervise the correct implementation of HR Processes, systems, career development activities.
- Participate in the preparation of strategic headcount plans for the short, medium and long term horizons, and the related annual budget plans.
- Be a listener and a communicator for the employees in the area, be involved in critical and all levels of employee relation issues.
- Works on special projects as required as agreed with the superior, provide recourses where needed, e.g. job evaluations, performance, interviews etc.
Experience/Education Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in the human resources or related, business, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a general HR field in manufacturing plants.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Mastery of computer application skills, PPT, Excel, project management etc.
- Business acumen and people sensitivity.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Passion and capability to work under stress.
