Production Planner（工作地点：江苏常熟）

职位描述

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scheduling workflow for each individual process of lacquer workshop according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
2. According the lacquering line daily production achievement to initiate goods control plan and production problem solving plan.
3. Work out the standard headcount requirement for Lacquering line each process through the rational productivity.
4. Lacquering line material RFP release and tracking , control inventory to reasonable level, Ensure material supply meet production plan smoothly. Mainly control material entire process from plan to consumption .
5. Lacquering line material issue out by production order control .
6. Regular meeting to drive the detail operations, close work with related coworker and sales.
7. Comply with laws and regulations related ISO14001, save nature sources in the daily work, such as paper, water, electricity etc. Create low consume working environment.
8. Other related assignments by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
1. Associate degree and above in Operational Management or related majors.
2. Two or more years of production/material planning experience or other work equivalency in a manufacturing/production environment.
3. Familiar with office software, be able to communication in English.
4. Superior communication skills, be able to work under pressure.
