Project Manager

Our main Projects include: Hospitality, Commercial and Residential Projects.

For the post of a Project Manager, he/she is:
1. Responsible to perform daily sales and marketing for new projects and to provide support to the Sales team such as meetings and presentations to the clients.
2. Able to handle full set of tender documents or other specifications as required by the client. He/she should have some experience in participation of the tender process.
3. Responsible to make sure that the production is according to the standards and specifications lay out in the tender or requirements.
4. Independent in communicating with the client providing professional advices/solutions to their queries and be resourceful in resolving any issues faced throughout all stages of the project.
5. Responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to budget whist achieving all project objectives.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Project manager in the furniture industry.
2. Extensive experience in documentation and delivery of projects.
3. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
4. Must be proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to understand CAD drawings would be an advantage.
5. Must be proficient in both English and Chinese languages.
6. Some understanding of the exporting procedures would be an added value.

The remuneration package:
1. Salary to be based on relevant experience.
2. Meal allowance and annual leave based on national standard would be provided.
3. Annual bonus to be depended on the overall performance
4. Alternate Saturdays off working days
5. Accommodation will be provided for expatriates.
6. Transportation will be provided to and fro between the office and the metro station.
