1. Suggest and develop human resource plan in line with company's business & strategic development objective.
2. Supervise the recruitment to find the right person for the vacant position
3. Be responsible for employment contracts managing including appointing, renewal, termination,retiring etc.
4. Be responsible for employee relationship including transfer and firing.
5. Implement and localize HR related policies to meet the local government inspection needs
7. Supervise monthly change for salary and allowance such as statistics of attendance, vocation, over time working etc.

岗位要求:
1. 大专以上学历
2. 5年以上人事管理工作经验
3. 熟悉劳动法,有工厂人事管理经验者优先
4. 英语可作为工作语言 (或者日语熟练都可以)
