市场专员 Marketing Support Executive

Job Title: Marketing Support Executive
Based at: Gaoming, Foshan
Responsible to: Head of Product Development
Purpose of Role: Support HK Marketing Team for Marketing arrangement

Responsibilities
1. New collaterals development
1) being pro-active with suppliers including negotiating prices
2) Find new suppliers,
3) project management capabilities to own and finalise each new collateral project…
2. Regular collateral order process to suppliers => be proactive: always improve price and quality
1) Re-challenging prices regularly => negotiation with suppliers
2) re-challenging quality when needed
3) Ensure quality control at delivery
4) Communicate effectively with vendors/ printers
3. Order management
1) Receives, processes, and maintains orders from OM team
2) Prepare packages for shipment with UPS, Fed-Ex, Airborne, and couriers.
3) Inspect finished delivery stock for good quality and be proactive on packing solutions
4) Ensure Final delivery on time
4. Reporting and Ownership of the collateral program
1) Creating and maintain spreadsheets for calculating and analyzing data
2) Monthly report regarding monthly stock order & demand
3) Ability to understand and communicate job related information clearly

Education/Experience
Must
1. College or above, major in Marketing / Design / Production
2. At least 3 years’ experience on Marketing or Merchandising
3. Good at spoken, written and reading English
Prefer
1. English CET6 or above
2. Experience in multi-national company
